What We Offer

We offer traditional Karate training supported by healthy modern practices, in a non-competitive environment.

Every class brings new knowledge while building on previous lessons and provides a combination cardio-vascular, core strength, and full-body workout.

Our dojo provides a space where all train as equals: families, adults and youth.

We provide guidance that may influence other aspects of your life and provide support that allows you to train to your capacity.

To all students: Could you please send me your updated e mail adresses. I have some of them but not all. I am planning on going to partial (limited numbers) classes as of Monday June 1st if it clears with the Niagara Regional Health Dept. I have put a request forward to them to let me know. Classes will be limited in numbers as we start back and you will have to request your attendance via email to me to secure your spot. I will advise you if you are good to attend. Tuesday’s Jiu Jitsu/Self Defence class will be removed for now and replaced with a White/Yellow/Orange/Green Belt class. Wednesday’s Weapon class will become a Purple/Blue/Brown Belt class for now. If you want to attend class it will be based on requests that come in first. Not sure on how many we can teach per class. We have several places plus outside if we do choose. Hoping to return back to normal in the near future. All other classes on our regular schedule remain the same but you will need to book your spot. Stay healthy and see you soon. NOTE:
I have added 2 months to everyone’s dues/fees owing. Example: If you had dues owing for March 1st you will now be owing June 1 st. Sensei
